At Wooden Toys, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help!

Returns Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most unused and unopened items in their original condition. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, with all original packaging and tags attached.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Visit our website and log in to your account.
  2. Navigate to your order history and select the item(s) you wish to return.
  3. Follow the prompts to generate a return label.
  4. Pack your item securely and attach the return label.
  5. Drop off the package at your nearest shipping carrier location.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original purchase and place a new order on our website.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as “final sale”

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll gladly replace the item or issue a refund.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).
